While working as the Revenue Visual Coordinator at Dollywood, I undertook the revitalization of the Traditions Gifts & Apparel boutique. Initially lacking the vibrancy needed to showcase its assortment of bright, preppy t-shirts and gifts from brands such as Simply Southern and Kerusso, the store required a complete redesign to better resonate with its products. As the lead project manager and designer, I guided the project from conception to budgeting, overseeing the selection of finishes, creation of work order specifications, and coordination of lighting schedules for contractors. Additionally, I personally installed wall finishings and crafted a custom design for the new cash wrap. By creating SketchUp renderings, I visualized the transformation of the space, ensuring an impactful outcome.
